ya i figured out the waterpump it was those 2 sneaky bolts on the side now i gotta run to walmart and hope they have a 22mm socket for the crank pulley (i think its 22 im gunna get a 23 and a 24 too just incase) pics will come maybe tonight if not tomorrow

Congrats on the new car. That is always exciting even if it does not run. Have you checked for spark before tearing into the car? Also how about fuel pressure? Does that year have the fuel relay bypass wire?

You shouldn't have to. The lower pulley is a snug fit...from years of crud and rust, it's not a press fit. I rapped mine off with a block of wood and hammer from the back side under the car, working back and forth, left side-right side. Once the pulley is off, and you clean off all the rust that's on it and the hub, it'll slip right back on with no force.
