Strange Engine problems
Okay, so my engine died in my driveway the other day, but i tried to start it again and it worked, so i went out and it died in the middle of the road at a stoplight. The lights and radio still worked, so i had it towed up to the Chevy dealer. a day later they call and say nothing is wrong with it that they can see, it runs fine. seeing as they could not see anything, can you guys think of something wrong with it? i dont want to go on the road again and have it die on me yet again. thanks a bunch.
I not sure my self but i think you should talk to a real mech The guys at dealerships pretty much guess at everything i had changed the oil in my truck and forgot to replace the oil started and it sounded funny so i brought in to the dealership they told me i need a whole motor and trans and was going to charge me 5,000 for those i said hell no and took it home check the fluids and it had next to no oil i put some in it and now i am still driving that same truck around Dealerships are all about money and will rip you a new But as for just the problem maybe the fuel pressure regulator. Thats just a guess though Well good luck and hope you fix it
