Question 1998 Camaro v6 running rich and other strange problems

Hey all, I'm new to the Camaro world. I love driving mine but it's got some really weird issues I need to fix.

Issue # 1:
It's running really rich, like nearly drowning/stalling when it's cold.

It throws p0171 and p0174. I've already replaced the MAF and the bank 1 O2 sensor. It idles really rough when the engine is cold, but gets smoother when it's warm. It still seems to miss when it's warm. It varies RPMs from about 570 - 1100 and just bounces around until it's warm or I give it some gas. I've tested the MAF and it's working properly. I don't think an idle air control valve could do this? Engine is running at proper temp, 190 degrees Fahrenheit. It's really affecting my gas mileage so any help on this would be great!

Issue # 2:
Window wipers only work on fastest speed. I'm guessing that this is the switch? Or could it be the little circuit board that's on the wiper motor itself?

Issue # 3:
Headlights. With the car on and lights in the off position, my running lights are on. Putting the light switch in the middle (running position) turns the marker lights on as it should. But turning it all the way on does NOT turn on my low beams. The brights work, but turning the switch from off to on does not make a difference in the low beam bulbs. And I've just replaced them, so it's not the bulbs.

Oh and my fog lights don't work either. Switch? Fuse?

Issue # 4:
The guy before me completely disconnected the A/C. Even removed the lines. So I got some lines from the junkyard, at least I think I got the right ones. Could someone share some detailed pictures of the engine bay so I can see how they are supposed to be installed?

Thank you everyone!

The codes indicate a lean condition, not a rich condition. Check this link

I know that the codes are indicating a lean condition, but it smells like it is running incredibly rich. I'll check for a vacuum leak. But this morning was awful. On my way to work the car all of a sudden started to lose power and slow down, no response by giving it more gas. Check engine light started flashing and it threw p0131, p0151, p0300, and p0742. I managed to limp it home and drove my other car to work. After work I went out, started it up and it seemed to be running fine in the open loop mode. I cleared the codes and it continues to run fine. About to go test drive it again, will update.

From the codes you are getting and the flashing CEL, it is a good indication of heavy misfire. The previous codes P0171 & p0174 codes indicate the that the O2 sensor is reporting a lean condition; however, you are smelling raw fuel. It may sound counterintuitive but the O2 sensor can see a misfire as a lean condition even though there is a lot of raw gas in the exhaust. The O2 sensor, as its name indicates, senses only the amount of oxygen in the exhaust. A misfiring cylinder will dump a slug of air and raw fuel in the exhaust. Since there was no fire, the O2 sees the unused air dumped in the exhaust as excess oxygen and reports a lean condition to the PCM. (The O2 sensor does not sense the raw fuel being dumped in the exhaust). The PCM will try to correct the lean condition reported by the O2 sensor by increasing the injector pulse and make the situation worse. If the engine seems to run OK in open loop, there is good chance the problem is being caused by a bad sensor. Check the output of each sensor with a scan tool and verify that the sensors are not lying to the PCM. There is also a possibility that a component is failing when it gets hot, so try running in open loop (if your car has a MAP and a MAF, unplug the MAF to keep it in open loop) and see what happens when the engine gets hot. Good luck!
