Default Strange Camaro problem need insigt

So I almost hit an animal in the road tonight. I pulled left hard so avoid the animal and somehow blew the fuel pump fuse. The check gauges light came on and I lost all power to the car. The car has a recently new fuel pump, fuel pump assembly, and fuel relay. I replaced the blown fuse, and I still can't get the car to start! It was in full working order when This near accident happened. Is there something I'm missing as to why it will not start? I have a 1998 3.8L

When you turn the key to "on" can you hear the fuel pump kick on any? Are you able to check if you have fuel pressure?

Well, mystery solved. I called mechanic today and he asked how much gas was in it, I was down to a little less than a quarter of a tank. He told me to exchange the horn and fuel pump relay. It fired right up! I guess maybe I sucked air in the pump when I did that spin out. Im back on the road! I'm so happy you guys replied and tried to help! Thank you!
