Verify visually that the fans are going on when the coolant temp reaches around 220, and then go to high speed when the temp goes past 225 to 230. Also verify that when the fans are turning they are blowing air into the engine compartment, rather than blowing air toward the front of the car.

If it's blowing air towards the front, the wires are mixed up. You should be able to hear the fans come on. I can hear my primary fan come on and my car is not quiet.

check your fuse for the fans the under hood fuse box its 10 or 15 amp ,then if the fans do start to work ,check to see if you have light smoke comeing from exhaust .? is it boiling over ,if it is that's not good for any seals ,if its just geting warm without boiling over can be bad too,you can try running a set of gator clips from fan to battery or fuse box .to know if its the fans but thery should come on ,having a laser thermomitor will help they should come on at 180 190 an shut off at 160 ,if not there could be other issues hope not ,mine was running when it should not come on ,then was not comeing on when it should have ,?is you water light comneing on ,its red an wavey

Stock fans don't come on till 226 for low, then 235 for high. I'm curious though, what are we considering "hot" here? Prior to my tune, my car sat around 210-220 range when idling in traffic, as does my Jeep. With my current tune, the car rarely sees above 195.
