stereo wiring help

here is what im working with. i have 2 kenwood oval speakers in the doors, a alpine round 6.5 in the drivers side rear. and a bose speaker in the trunk. only the kenwoods in the doors are working. i think im just going to run new wires and new speakers from the passenger area in the rear. now my question is how do i go about runing the wires through the car. i see that the previous owner ran wires to the back through the kick panal on the drivers side. how do i remove those panals to run wires. i dont want to go out and try to get them without knowing where the screws or clips are and break something.
