Cool Start Issues

It usually takes 3-4 seconds before my 96 chevy camaro 3.8 v6 starts. I have replaced the 3 ignition coils, put a brand new MAF sensor in, and replaced the oil filter adaptor and new sending unit. I was getting a P0300 random misfire, but after changing the above mentioned items, the code is now gone, but the 3-4 second start is now back. What should I look at or what could be causing this? I don't want to damage the starter and would love to solve this problem if it is an actual problem?

251,000 miles.

Thanks for any and all help with this!
