for those of you who dont know my car it is a 93 Z28 A4 (obviously)

only mods are PCMforless tune, K&N cai, and a hooker catback (so pretty much nothing)

im looking at stall converters and can anyone reccomend me a good one?
im thinking around 2100-2800? sound right?

also would it be best to pair this with a shift kit?

where can i find some better trans mounts (for cheap obviously)

and lastly what other things do i need to do when installing this, i have car ramps, jacks, a transmission jack and all the goodies also btw

this is for a 700r4 also not the 4l60E like most of you have

 

you actually have a 4l60. i would think anything over 2k would have negitive effect mpg. with a stock cam you really dont need a stall. im using the #5x from here,
