Some aftermarket belts squeak -- speaking from experience. Your tensioner spring could also be shot, and could be squeaking or possibly a pulley or water pump.

How would I go about checking the tensioner spring? I can disassemble the whole arsenal and see what's going on.oh and the other day I flushed and refilled.my coolant, before so I could feel liquid when I squeezed.on the line coming from the radiator I think?idk its the one under the alternator, but since I changed the coolanti don't feel any liquid.does it just take time to circulate the new coolant?

Just replace it, the tensioner is not too expensive as I recall, and yours is probably tired regardless, esp. if it has never been replaced in a '95!
