Default Speakers From Kee Audio

Anyone done business with them?

I placed an online order 2 days ago. No order acknowledgement except Paypal transferring money to them.

Haven't been able to contact them by phone and no response to emails.

Wondering if I need to contact Paypal.

So you're saying he's too busy to respond to email, too busy to answer calls but not too busy to take hundreds of dollars. And i should be OK with that?

no, but I've order stuff before and not heard anything form the seller for almost a week, get ready to file with paypal and it shows up at my house. Just saying 2 days is not really a big deal, even paypal is going to make you wait so many days before doing anything.

You are way more trusting than I am. I'm not expecting to see the speakers arriving, but acknowledging orders should be a priority.

I now realize this must be a part time business run out of his house, Ain't google maps great.

And BTW paypal does not have a minimum time only a maximum time to file and complete the claim process.

I know how paypal works, they usually give the seller so many days to respond, is all I was saying. I just got refunded cause the seller on ebay sent the wrong part, when it clearly said it would fit my truck, wanted me to pay to ship it back and only receive part of my money back, paypal didn't like that, neither did I, they gave me full refund and didnt have to return the part.

paypal will also raise transaction fees for sellers where they have to get involved too often. Same as Ebay adjusting seller fees based on feedback ratings. There both the same company.

The simple courtesy of acknowledging orders can prevent this as well as build a positive reputation. how many people will read this when searching about this company?

To update on what has transpired. I called yesterday morning and got voicemail. Asked that someone provide status. Yesterday afternoon I got an email from Paypal providing a tracking number, but no direct communication from the seller. The seller is in Georgia and the shipment is from Los Angeles, so I guess it's being drop shipped. Thus a shipment I thought would be 150 miles will be 2000.
