I am currently in Iraq and I don't have access to my car. I am getting ready to put a new sound system in the car and would like to have it finished by the time I get home. My problem is, I don't know how many speakers are in it and their sizes. Can someone please help me out. How many speakers are in a 99 Camaro SS convertible and what are their sizes? I want to replace the whole system and maybe put a sub in the trunk, even though it's a convertible. Any advice I can get would be appreciated.

 

Speakers are 6.5"

12" Subs will fit in the "trunk" of a t-top or hardtop car, not sure about a vert

 

Thanks for the reply. How many speakers are there total in the car? I was thinking six, but I want to make sure.
