Default sometimes it starts, sometimes it wont?

HI,
I have a 95 camaro, 3.8L
I have had this problem for couple of years, started out maybe once a month, now increasing to almost once a day.
It may start in the morning for work but then 8-10 hours later after work it wont or I may goto local walmart 5 mins away, and come out 5 mins later and it wont start.
After trying to start for about 5-15 mins it eventually will start.
Someone said maybe my crank position sensor?
So I tried researching it, some websites say theres 1 some say theres 2? Which is it?
Also someone said maybe coil packs going bad, but after researching, most say there car runs sluggish and lose of power, but mine does not.
I have fuel at the rails, and replaced the fuel pump, and plugs and wires also.
Any help please!

Mine does this. What I've narrowed it down to is my battery cable, something as simple as that, because the threads on it/the battery are whacked. Just won't tighten, and if it does, gets right loose again. I jiggle it, start it, will go, then do it again, won't, etc. It is odd. Check for small things like that.

I dont think its battery cable, because it will turn over with no problem, it just wont start.
