"Some damage"
Who wants to tell me how fun this is going to be to fix?

The previous owners apparently let it sit (in a leaky garage) since 07 when their daughter slid into a ditch/****** wire fence.
It has an array of problems I BET IT'LL BE FUN

A good paint shop should have no problem fixing the paint for ya. If you're doing it yourself, still doesn't look all that bad. Might be a good time to get a cowl/SS/Ultra Z hood.
What do you use to reattach these? I've had a lot of different answers and I'm not really sure.

Is there any reason other then age both window motors would be burnt out? Looking through the receipts they were both replaced just a few years ago.
Finally, why would pushing and releasing the break cause the lights to flicker?

I'm a little confused what you're trying to reattach, I don't see anything to reattach in the picture?
For the window motors, it could be a number of things. Either they were just used up, or they sit so long something just went out, would be a good idea to check to make sure they are getting power before you go replacing them.
For the head lights, is this with the engine running or off. If it's with it off, then the battery might be low. Other than that, I don't know.
Just keep posting and eventually you'll get some other people in here to help.

Ok, yeah those are just put on with 2 sided tape, either some of that, or some RTV or silicone will fix it. I've had better luck with 2 sided tape on those.
It was a little under $500... Seemed like enough of a steal.
Thought this failed recording for a friend was funny enough to post:

The camera I used only records in 8bit 80kb/s audio, so it ended up sounding like a big lawnmower
