Sold my 93Z A4 this morning
Well after debating a long while I made a decision & sold my 93 Z28 A4, Bone Stock less the catback/Wheels-Tires.
I decided that I had too many vehicles sitting around & I never drive it anymore so she has departed. I sold it to my good friend who has always been trying to get his hands on it. He is planning on Heads/Cam/Full exhaust & all supporting bolt-ons. Swapping in a leather interior & visual mods.
I now have a few extra dollars I can put into the 97 SS as far as powertrain-appearance.
The 93 had just under 52k original & was running full synthetic & other hi-performance fluids. It is in near perfect condition inside/out. It has never skipped a beat. Kind of sad to see it go.

You know, I actually opened a seperate savings accouny back after the prototype popped up. Then when it looked like GM was putting the green light on production I really started saving on the side.
Long story short I decided not to go after the 2010 once the started hitting dealers & orders were being accepted.
My dad was in the same boat until he sat in a new Z06 & went that route instead.
