this may sound like a very dumb question, but ive tried searching on google etc. and i cannot find where to buy a silver lip for my rims, im planning on buying some black ones soon and id like to add this. sorry for my lack of car smarts

What kind of black wheels are you talking about? Are they the stock silver salad shooters that someone painted to make them black?

and now that i think of it the salad shooters wouldnt look bad if i left the center of the center cap (silver camaro thing) silver and painted the rest black

How would you go along and buying those trim rings to match up with your rims? Say if i have 17 inch rims, would i buy 17 inch rings?

 

i like how they polished up the outer ring and center then taped it off before painting. they showed some plastic 17s
