Original appearance when I bought it:
Tore the engine down for a new cam I installed. Had the heads freshened up while I was at it:
All buttoned up with a strut-tower brace:
Then it got the hood and spoiler after minor damage involving a deer. The SS hood was cheaper than a stock unit:
Then, I got a deal on some SS 10-spokes from SLP that I couldn't pass up:

I had to work on it in the carport in January when I got home from work, so it took a little over a week to do. I won't lie... some of the bolts behind the intake were a royal pain. They're right up against the firewall. Taking the intake off was much more difficult than removing the heads.
Overall, my engine was super clean on the outside when I got it. It had no leaks, so exterior cleaning wasn't an issue. However, it was a corporate car it's entire life before I got it, so it saw neglect in oil changes. The inside was pretty nasty. It's lead a better life since I bought it.
