They wouldn't make a "short throw" if the shifts didn't have a shorter throw
The stock Camaro gear box doesn't have a bad shifter, but a short throw will be noticably shorter.

Are you looking to race or are you just looking to shorter throws when you shift? Is there something wrong with the stocker?

good question I was wondering if the husrt shifter that came as an SLP option was a shorter throw. I like the stock shifter but I have been looking into getting a hurst does anyone have the hurst shifter from slp? Does it feel a lot different than the stock? I believe they come with an H on the shifter **** from SLP
