Can someone Please help me ! We bought our daughter a 1995 Camaro v-6 and the anti-theft system locked up on it before we could even give it to her for her Birthday. We have tried disconnecting the battery for a while and the steps for turning the key so many times, and had another key made for it and we still cannot get it to work

I don't know how relevant my experience with my 98 is to your issue but, ....

I have issues with my V6 98 and it's security system. When my battery terminals are loose my car is hard to start and the security system light comes on. Sometimes the security system won't let me start my car in this condition.

I don't think in your case that you have a loose battery connection but you may have a bad battery. It's an easy check for a battery shop.
