Default Sail Panel paint bubbling(b-pillar behind t-tops)

I don't know if this is the right area but for awhile now I have noticed the black b pillar paint behind my T-tops have a few bubbles on it. I searched this forum but could not find any results. I called chevy and found out they released TSB #03-08-98-001A which indicated a problem with the adhesive under the paint job. There is also a php file explaining to auto body shops how to repair it because repainting it is not the solution. Anyone else have similar issues?

It's an unfortunate issue that appeared later on in 4th-gen productions. I have some friends with their f-bodies doing the same thing.

Mine is doing the same thing. I am going to sand it down a lil and completely repaint it, when I repaint the car. I kinda like the clear coat of a car that sits out in the sun 24/7, it starts to bubble and come off. I work in a body shop and have seen this before. No, it will not fix it if you paint over the paint that is on it right now, but if you get that paint sanded off and completely repaint it, it will solve the problem.
