Default Rocker panels

I need help i was going down highway and noticed a log in the road well tryed to get over as far as i could without hiting guard rail well it hit my rocker panel and bent it in can u replace them or what

They can be replaced but not without skills. They are welded to the body.

Damn would it be easyer to just clean it up and bondo it before i get it painted

depends on how bad the damage is. Thick bondo will fall off, gotta be careful there too.
