No, it is not easy, and that isnt even close to all you'll need. Pay attention to other threads before posting. For a swap to work, you need at a MINIMUM, the guage cluster, pcm, engine, mounts, entire front suspension upgrade up to or past a v8 cars, and I believe the radiators are even different. If you want the a/c to work you'll need new a/c lines too.
Its not easy, price can vary quite a bit by location and part availability, and you'll need to be pretty mechanically inclined and have a good garage to work in. Not tryin to discourage you, it can be done, the biggest thing is finding the parts without over paying for them. Most the guys on these forums have posted prices that are generally close to double that of part prices in my area... just sayin.
