Ring And Pinion Question

I have a 95 Z28 and I want to get 4.10 gears next. I saw a nice priced gear set from Motive Gear Performance. Does anyone know if they're good or if it's just a waste of money.

Motive was a OEM supplier to GM and they were the stock gears for the F-bodies. They are better then Richmound gears for a street car.

If you're looking into doing work to the rear-end I would strongly suggest that you look into getting at least a 12-bolt, or better yet a Ford 9" for it.
