Thank you all. I posted it on craigslist. I am located in ashburn va which is northern va. I know that if i can advertise to the right crowd this car will sell in a second due to the condition. I do understand the title transfer as well. Its a clean and clear maryland title I had my mother print and sign her name on it with leaving the sale price mileage and date blank as was suggested to me by a friend. Ebay might be a good idea to target a large crowd. Also does not seem there are many of these 96 LT1 SS's out there. especially black on black 6 speeds. The 2002 i know will bring less money and its not mint. so parking it outside does not bother me as much. Once again thank you for all your help.
I'd say try all of your options local things like newspapers, treasure hunt, and craigslist. Ebay isn't a terrible option either, as long as you know good selling skills. I'd buy one of the Camaros off of ya if I had the money
