Default rebuilding a motor

I have a 1995 3.4 camaro. I'm getting ready to rebuild another 3.4 to put in it. Is there anything I can do to it to increase the preformance?

Not that much, unless you are willing to spend a lot of time and money, and replace the heads, rocker arms, injectors, intake manifold, and the rest of the intake stuffwith those from a 3400 or 3500 transverse engine from a "W" car. Don't try to install the entire transverse engine because the block is made to mounted sideways. Also the pistons will need to be changed, as the compression will be too high for street use. A lot of computer tuning will also be needed to make it run properly.

First define your goals. How much power are you looking to make?
