There should also be 2 lower control arms. That's what everyone has. Also the suspension shouldn't have cause it to explode like that. Chances are the previous owner beat on the car and now you get to pay for it. These 10 bolts diffs aren't the strongest and can't handle the constant abuse some people give them.

yes i forgot to put that in lol sorry. They are there i just noticed i forgot to add that in after i posted. So is it normal for say the pass side of the rear to move up like on a pivot so right is higher than left side or other way around? I have no idea right now how to explain that..... Any recommendations on suspension parts? I'm thinking a torque arm would help a little for strength and is something i was looking into for the future but may just get that asap along with a panhard bar. Still trying to decide on adjustable or not

Get everything in adjustable. If you lower your car then you can adjust the wheels to be centered again. How are all your bushings? Check and make sure none of those move side to side.
Your passenger side is going to be roughly an inch higher then driver side. Do a good visual check of your shocks to see if there's oil leaking out. If there is you have bad shocks. And do the bounce test. I it bounces more then 1 1/2 times your shocks are bad.

You have a panhard, bar that is the bar behind the diff that runs diagonal from the diff to the body. There are two lower control arms that run from the bottom of the diff on both sides that travel towards the front. two coil springs. and the torque arm that runs from the center of the diff to the side of the transmission. This arm will sound like someone is hitting the bottom of your seat with a hammer when the car is accelerated from a stop. This is caused by the bushing being bad. That's all I can think of. All of these can be upgraded with aftermarket kits that really improve your handling.

For some stuff like the reluctor ring try ebay or TA Creations:
TRANS AM CREATIONS - HOME PAGE

No point in getting an adjustable PHB or LCAs if you have no plans to lower the car! Stock LCAs are usually fine for a daily driver.

PHBs are a compromise, if you want the best solution for an F-Body, get a Fays2 Watts Link -- closest thing to an IRS:
Strano Performance Parts - Part Details

FAYS2 Suspension page Watts Link page 6

What color are your shocks? Pic? If stock, look into SLP Bilsteins or Koni SAs -- they will make a big difference in handling, also bigger hollow sways like Strano's.

shocks were the stock ones, they were orange and said acdelco somewhere on them. But they didn't look like they were leaking oil.
Even so, since i was in there and had the car jacked up once again i put bilsteins all the way around and i need new brakes soon in the front but plan to do all the way around new everything when i get my wheels and tires in the future. My oil leak is back i noticed today which is another big worry because i just did the intake and i know the water pump seal isn't leaking ughhhhh prob rear main seal....... anyways it is a work in progress so i have a few things i want to do but i'm trying to make this a reliable daily driver right now which has been a complete failure so far. Thanks everyone for the suggestions so far helped me out with ideas and it's always nice to have some help
i had a reluctor ring overnighted should be here tomorrow. Thank you for the link though lol just a day late lol but if i ever need anything in there again i will def check them out....ebay i just don't like using much
edit........somehow posted a lot of jibberish

^ With 93k mi., your stocker shocks were TOAST -- so good move on replacing them...

I hate oil leaks -- leaked on both my old '95 and now '01 SS with the oil pan gasket and rear main seal.

My shocks are also stock. And they are garbage. With the weather warming up you sure can tell that they don't work properly.
I agree with oil leaks. They are gay. My intake leaks but I'm hoping it holds out until I rebuild the motor. So another 10 000 km. Which is around 7500 miles.

I don't blame you for not lowering your car. The roads near me are **** and always have been. I want a ground effects package put on but it'll just get damaged. I also want to drop it a few inches. So unless I make it a track car it isn't happening.

just a thought, if the shocks had gone then it might have put more strain on the springs, can you remove them and check they are infact still both the same height and one is not worn/weakened??

with respect to one side highter than other there are plenty of other posts about this, it seems to be the norm. Although I believe the passanger side is lower than the driver side (well mine is) and the whole talk of it sits level when the driver is in stuff.

tubular control arms and panhard rod and torque are really stiffen up the rear, also check your anti roll / sawy bar and the bushes (drop links) as these have a tendancy to snap
