Default really annoying door panel window switch

my door panel window control plastic piece keeps popping off, i believe there is only one latch that is barely attached the others arent on their. Is there anyway to stop it from popping off without super gluing it down?

they break off pretty easy after 5 years. could trim a piece of plastic from something else and plastic weld it on. i have had some success doing that for other trim pieces

There are two black metal clips that hold the switch panel in. Mine was missing one. Stealership charges around $1/clip for them.
