F41 = 16.9:1 or 2-3/4 Turns
FE2 = 14.4:1 or 2-1/4 Turns
The easiest way to tell what you have is to count turns of the wheel stop to stop. You could look up your option list. The FE2 does not have a rag joint it has two U-joints. To the best of my knowledge the racks are interchangable. The FE2 rack is an upgrade I plan on doing to my car.

^^^ Thanks bro! I knew It had the FE2 but Advance auto kept telling me that there was only one unit for z-28. But when I checked NAPA for a price comparison I saw that they offer two units. I just wanted to make sure there really was a diffrence before I shelled out an extra 100 bucks. I think I'm gonna stick with the FE2 rack, I just don't think high speed lane changes will be as fun without it. Thanks again!
