Default Quick question about my rear.

Hey, I have a 1996 Z28 M6. Built engine, and my rear is making a clunking noise when I turn. I'm thinking I blew my limited slip out. (bout time... but anyway.)
I have to take a closer look in the morning still, but if I'm going to have to replace that, here is my question. Is the factory rear end on that a gm 10 bolt rear? so I could use any posi gear set for a gm 10 bolt rear? I've never really had to get into that much till just now.

Thanks in advance!

I would upgrade to a 9" or 12 bolt if you have a built engine through a six speed, the factory 10 bolts can barely hold stock power.
