Hey, I've been getting the parts together to install an NRG wheel, short hub, and quick release adapter, and I had a question about the material that came with the QR today. I saw these parts in the box and I was wondering what exactly they're needed or used for:



The NRG site is a dead end, and no videos or articles online that explain the installation process go into any detail about these. Anyone have any clue?
