hey guys was wondering if anybody knew what it sounds like if i have a hole in my exhaust like if i can tell with out putting it on a lift because i have an aftermartket exhaust and i measured it is 2 inches from the ground and i scraped really bad today and its been making this noise like there is somthin in the exhaust not ratteling or pinging but makes it sound like idk hot describe it but umm okay when i pass a parked car and my windows are down i can hear like a lot of air comin from the underneath the center part of the car and its always done that but since i scraped its gotten noticably worse

 

Sounds like *** doesn't it? It'll just sound like your regular exhaust leak. I have an exhaust leak at the header and y-pipe connection and it makes me want to barf whenever I hear it. Which is all the time. Does it sound kinda like this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_d-6gUl4G4A

 

i have a massive hole in my muffler, if you would like i can video it and let you know what it sounds like, its a hole in my muffler about as big as a persons head lol

Would you mind darkening the picture a little? Here, I fixed it some and zero'd in on the muffler. Yep, sure is a hole there, she's a goner!

HEy i fixed the hole well it was a clamp that had been worn down and bent up so it was leakin bad and i mean BAD haha but its all good now untill i scrape again
