Default Hole in the Grommet behind the PCM

I have a hole in the grommet behind my PCM, its a small thin slit hole which a amp power cable is being ran thru. Can anyone recommend a caulking agent or should I just leave it as it is? Thanks

does it look like it has potential to leak? could use a dab of silicon on it or something simple to remove like a glob of grease.

Its not a hole its more of a slit will any silicone do or does it have to be some special high heat stuff?
