You can find leather seats on eBay from time to time. That would be the best way of going about it, as they would be direct bolt ins. If you are going to have your seats recovered, then that completely depends on the shop doing the work.

As far as the satellite radio, just take it to BestBuy and have them do the install. Just don't let them run the wiring through the T-Tops - those leak bad enough already.

For the satellite radio, I mounted my antenna on the dash in the middle up by the windshield. Mounted with heavy duty Velcro and pushed the cable behind the trim with a flat blade screwdriver. You can hide it pretty good under the interior panels and come back up through the dash on the panel that comes off to take the radio out. I mounted the head unit with double sided tape on top of the dash. I just couldn't find a place lower that I could mount it vertical. For the power wire I wired an extra power outlet under the dash and plugged it in. Antenna works great on the dash.

Don't pay someone to put leather on the seats - it is so easy to do yourself! I ordered the leather kit from leatherseats.com and the whole thing took me about 6 hours to do. You will need a hog ring pliers for the rear seat bottoms, but those are $20. All the rest of the seat parts basically clip on and off. One Saturday and I went from worn cloth to new leather seats.

if you want seats and willing to pay a little extra go to www.cipherracing.com and check out cipher racing seats it will run you about 560 to get em shipped with mounting brackets and harnesses (50$ if you dont want em u can not order them) they come in cloth PVC or leather. for insurance just put it under your moms name with you as an occasional driver i dont know how it works in the states but its really cheap if it has you as a occasional driver. go for the v8 it will be well worth it i did (16 in a week) i have driven both and the v8 is incredibly more fun then the v6.
