parts wise some things will be custom. wiring for the trans and engine will be from painless wiring. As far as trans it will be 6 speed but as far as exact model not positive ill either get a trans with the engine i plan to build or ill get one after i build the engine so i can guess what to get depending on the power i plan putting down.

as far as emissions all i have to do is fill out a paper on what engine i plan on swapping in and then the will grade my emissions on that.
