L36 is the Engine designation for the series II 3800s that are in the 95-02 Camaros. L67 is the super charged series II 3800 found in the FWD cars.

Stock drum 10 bolt w/ powertrax lock right locker and soon to be 3.42 motive gears. Had 4.10's, but those suck for a turbo build.
and L36 is just another way of saying an NA designed 3.8, which has 9.4:1 compression. Later on it became an l26. L67 is factory supercharged, in the US fwd only, and 8.5:1 compression, later on l32 which had stronger rods. I think they got bigger valves too, but don't quote me on that.
