Default pressure test

so i pressure tested my coolant sytem and it held 18 psi. my engine is still overheating and i tested for a headgasket and i know i dont have it blown. i do see some leakage/old oil buildup on the passender upper side intake gasket area where the alternator should be could this be messing up my coolant system? idk 100% that it is leaking but i do see some kinda old oil/sludge around that area.

Have you checked the thermostat, purged all the air out of the system, are the fans coming on when engine gets hot enough?
