My power locks work with the switch inside the car, and will lock with the remote, but will not unlock with the remote unlock. It is kind of annoying to have to use the key to unlock everytime- what could this be?

 

You could try replacing the battery in the key fob, but if you can lock it with the fob it probably won't help much. My key fob doesn't unlock as well as it locks either, I think it's simply a matter of using the unlock more than the lock so the contacts on the button get warn down. To my knowledge the reciever uses all the same relays etc. for lock/unlock, so I'm putting my money on a worn out button.[>:] You can always open up the key fob and check, if it looks warn get a couple pieces of small copper foil and solder one to the circuit board and glue to other to the back of the button where it contacts and it should fix your issue.
