I'm having a problem with my iroc and the power doors. The buttons work, and unlocks fine all the time. However, when I press lock, neither door completely locks. I watch the slider move in but not completely. It goes almost.... i'd say halfway in.

Doors lock fine if I slide the lock inside or with the key, just the power lock function is failing.

I've tried pressing numerous times, no go. Almost sounds like I need to oil something up? :P

Any ideas?

 

After all the years grime builds up on the slides. Try using WD40 or like products to clean them up, this should free them up. Try doing the simple things first before turning it into a big project.

 

My power locks don't work at all, I'm pretty sure the wiring has been completely ripped out...
