Default Poly bushings

Hey guys,

I'm currently doing control arm bushings and i'm looking to buy a complete poly bushing kit. Looking for input on what and where to buy. I noticed a kit from Hawks 3rd gen for 150 bucks (hyper flex) and I also found another site that's selling a complete kit that includes transmission mount and "everything except motor mounts" for 189. Any advice would be great.

Thanks in advance

poly trans mount will transfer vibrations, some cars worse than others. far as i can tell the poly fittings are the same so find the best price. summit and jegs have them too.

he's right, for the most part they're all the same. I hope you have a lot of time on your hands, doing them is a pain in the ***

Don't do it! Only place that poly is good on our cars are the sway end links/body mounts. Elsewhere will be a squeak nightmare, and poly doesn't articulate well, read some reviews of folks on LS1Tech...

Does anyone sell a full non-poly kit?

I personly did the poly motor mounts and transmount during a header upgrade. I found myself replacing with the factory mounts, was not fun. The factory trans mount made the most difference. The poly trans mount made the car vibrate like crazy at stoplights and take offs. Not sure about other areas of the car because I never went that direction after the motor and trans mount.
