Anyone found any places with good prices on these polyurethane suspension parts like Prothane, PST, Energy Suspension? Seems poly is way overpriced but cheap to make...

Black bushings are the way to go, btw, some brands (PST advertises it, others you need to call and verify) have the black ones graphite-impregnated, to help with lubrication -- of course you still need to use PTFE Grease on them... Red bushings do not.

The usual inexpensive sources (WS6store, etc.) prices are nothing special...
