You guys know that pinging noise that will be made if you have the keys in the ignition with a door open, or right after you start thee car there are three pings? Well recently I've noticed that sometimes that noise will sound kinda tinny. What could this be?

 

a bad pinger? Its just alil circuit thing under dash if im not mistaken.. could be going out.. that happened to my mustang.. it was nice kuz i didnt have to listen to it ping.

 

lmfao, bad pinger, i wish my pinger would go bad so i wouldnt have to listen to it, but it did for a while, when (i got bored one day and decided to do this, i know it may be wrong to do to a camaro and itll prolly make me sound redneck), i had a PA system laying around my house, and i had the the speaker and everything, so i decided, hey why not put it in the carmaro so i can yell at people going down the road, well i put it in, while i was mounting the speaker, my friend wired it for me, little did i know the dumbass wired it to my fuse box inside the car... got it in, drove around my neighborhood scaring the **** out of people, and do you know, i get pulled for it??!?!? cop tells me to not do it in public...i get home say **** it and take it out, and after i took off all the wiring and ****..anything electrical that was in my interior did not work, lights radio nothin so no pinger...long pointless story i know but yeah, im bored...

 

Lol i was about to say its illegal to use it because emergency vehicles use them god knows we cant have fun like emergency vehicles [8D]. My friend bought this Mazda something 4 door.. its a nice little daily driver, but he put in a nice sound system and a CB/PA, which is what i actually want to do. My Grandparents are truckers and i loved playin with their CB when i was younger.. plus i likeSmokey and the Bandit and TheDukes of Hazard. Anyway my friends PA has little sound clips it plays.. it has a cat, a dog, a duck, a car alarm, ice cream truck songand a siren... funniest thing is to go around town barking at people, or quacking... ah its priceless... i want a little cobra set tho so it will fit in the slot under my radio.

 

there awesome, i traded my for a sub though and if you want to use the cb, gl with the antenna, idk if the make like a hidden one or anything
