Gorn, I have a message waiting for another shop, but they haven't gotten back to me yet. Body work is very new to me, so if you're saying that estimate is about right (considering that was for the stock parts only, I figure aftermarket might end up being a little more), then I feel a little better about the quote. Like I said, I'm not familiar with body work. I don't really get anything done by anyone anymore since me and Case does everything mechanical-wise. And I think more than a few corners were cut with my hood...I don't know who did it, but the paint is now cracking and flaking off. Hence my want for a new hood. I think it would be too much work to try to fix that mess.

Adam, pics would be great if you can get any. You have any before and afters?

 

ill get some pictures up tomorrow im going to clean it in the am. Ill have to look for some pictures from before it was painted. I real should have taken some. My paint before wasn't all that bad except the damage from the deer running into the fenders and the front bumper was chipped up and the rear bumper had a line all the way around it from some one backing into it. other wise it was just a few small dings and chips.


the weather has been so crappy its not funny. thats why i haven't been able to get any pictures since i got it back
