Intermediate problem code p1516 throttle actuator the car will start acting erratically sometimes if I'm idle throw the code and if I turn it off and back on a min later everything is fine. I'm thinking it's the throttle body. 2000 camaro 3.8. 166000 miles. Also has surging problems when ac is on or when coasting between 25 to 35 mph also makes me think maybe the throttle body any input helps thank you.

 

check wires to the tac module, check plug and plugin for loseness, damage or water. last replace tac module.
