Front driver fender
Hi again! I just put a claim through my insurance because my car was vandalized. The insurance adjuster thought they kicked it because of the way it was dented. Well, got everything visible fixed and I pushed on the driver fender and realized it was broken underneath. This is the second time this fender was broken. The first time, a fourth grader was playing basketball and the basketball hit the fender just right and broke it. Anyways, I sent a picture to insurance and they declined to cover that area because they said the vandal probably didn't get under the car. Knowing that car, I believe that it most likely was damaged from a kick. I was looking online for some similar situations where fenders were broken in the same way but I can't find anything. Anyone have any sources for similar information that I can show to insurance so they will cover this? I would really appreciate some help here!
i got 3 hit an runs in 2 years ,an bought stickers that say this car is under camera constant survailnce on both corners of the car ,an also have 2 $40.00 cameras installed 16 gb cards keeps up 10 hours +,of video ,since then ,i have no problems ,i would love to catch someone ,you can also get a kit that runs right to the computer in the case it was stolen would send the info right to your phone,an for the cost stop them ,or catch them ,i just bought 2017 jeep ,plan is to do the same ,found it all on ebay ,getting popular these days theres your answers for those thugs that have no reguard,as far as the insurance cams dont lie ,Not sure what your deductable is ,but for the invesment its worth it,then you can prove it every time ,an get someone arrested mabey if say there not wearing a mask ,but it still proof to your insurance company,of all my hit an runs were covered without a police report ,not sure who your with ,an where your parking the car ,but i would look into another insurer,a police report should be enough to cover it

My insurance company is reasonable. The painter just didn't notice it was broken before painting it so they couldn't inspect it for damage. If I could show them that the fender is easily broken, I think they would cover it. I just need something to show them.
how is your car getting vandled ,you just need to do the thing i told you to do ,an stop parking the car in places to to get that done ,you wont be able to prove anything with out witness reports or cameras ,works for me an milllions now use cams

There is a lip on the bottom of the fender that can get damaged if the car is jacked up wrong.
I am not sure what you insurance is playing at. If you have full coverage you should be covered for anything that is not normal wear and tear. When my father passed away his car had full coverage, there was several areas on the car that had damage. The insurance company asked what happened we said we had no idea, They said willout a report they can not fix it. We said something to the lawyer that was handling the paper work for the estate he made a call. The next day we got a call, the adjuster came out did the quote and scheduled it in the body shop. Sometimes they tell you things to make you go away but if you had full coverage does it really matter when it happened? At best they could make you pay a second deductible.

not everyone has an attorney to make calls or can afford that .then for the cost of the deductable say $250.00,cams dont lie if you live say in a bad hood ,also depends on the company you have insurance with with, liberty is bad with that they want a report ,progresive tells me take pictures of your car each year ,so in the spring i take pictures ,so if i got a dent later on again proof is in the pictures dated,in this day an age ,best way to protect yourself is with the tech at our reach we did not have 25 years ago cheap ,i am looking at kit for $200.00 less then the deductable that protects my car 24 7 an is better then my set up now ,couse it alerts you if anyone gets even close to your car no brainer for me ,an i dont live in a bad hood
