Maudy mentioned resetting the BCM. I'm not aware that you need to do that, I would research that one further. Some cars (not GM) have an air bag inertia switch that needs to get replaced after a crash. Maybe that's a condition he's alluding to? Your car also has an event data recorder (under the center console) which records pertinent information during a crash, and the law can access that info if needed for litigation.

i dont know why the instruments would be dead, maybe just not getting power if you mashed the fuses or something at the front. Check its pluged in right still
I dunno exactly what needs replacing but there IS some sensor or BCM etc that only works ones and need to be renewed or reset. Like I say, i run without airbags anyway cause of the import costs and tax.

okay got the cluster back up, didnt know there was a fuse box in the car as well :P
all fuses are in order now
didnt get to start the car battery was dead, but whiles im charging, i saw a few lights on, abs inop, service engine soon ( on the right side), seat belt and a few others,i know some come off once the engine is running, but is there any that shouldn't be on once the key is in the run position? thx guys
