How can you tell when the optispark goes out and what are the affects it has? How long should it be driven before changed? IF i went out and bought a new one off the bat would that be smarter down the road?

Ok only a couple weeks left and ill be 18, meaning i can buy and register a car under my name. But i need help deciding which is the best deal. (They are all Z28s)

1996, 104K Miles, almost $7K "consignment" dealership

1998, 122K, overpriced at $7,295 (KBB says good=5,700 excellent only 6000) private seller

1994 75,850 miles asking $5600 private seller

1995, 133K Miles, asking 5,500. Its had a replaced Tranny and radiator and other "major parts" but it looks like its got nice rims and some sort of screen in the car... take a look.

It appears to be the same car, but in some of the pics it looks different.

finally, 1995 with 55,000 miles 3" magnaflow exhaust and 12" subs with a CD player that isnt hooked up.. asking a crazy overpriced $8500! And its purple!

What do you guys think? I like the 98 even tho its got higher miles it still has a bigger engine. and I also like the Red/Orange 95 with all the neat little things that are in the picture.. What are your opinions. Paint can always be changed and all that good stuff so thats not as much an issue as reliablilty.
