Default Oil pressure and Oil weight question

The donor engine I picked up is a high mileage engine and when cold is running about 45 psi (guess, by looking at dash gauge) and around 25 psi warm. I was just wondering what psi other 3.8's show when warm, especially for those with over 140k in miles. Also, I am running 5W30 oil, thinking about bumping it up to 10W30.

For the 45 psi we were running between 65 and 70 turning @2000 rpms the low reading was sitting still at ldle little below 1000 rpms.
