oil

RE: oil
i always fill with mobile 1, but its really preference. i would also say always use a full synthetic, but i know people that use blend, and some that swear by conventional... cant remember the reasoning.... i think it was that they had low oil pressure when switching to synthetic.... but thats because synthetic is absorbed to a greater extent than conventional so all they had to do was add a little more oil.
the filter will help some, but it wont be something you will be able to feel.

RE: oil
if you already have a K&N you can get the re-oiling kits at any autozone. i wouldnt worry about it unless its pretty dirty, and the bottle has pretty clear instructions on it. i re-oil mine about once a year.
and check your oil level with the dipstick now that ur pressure is down. you probably need to add a quart. if not then just dont worry about it. lowER pressure isnt a bad thing. as long as its in the 40-60 range ur cool
