I have a new ac pump with clutch, drier and Expansion Valve replaced the high end pressure switch the one with 3 terminals, and was able to charge the system up when opening up the relay and jumping it at the points. unsure what is left to see whats wrong

 

What is the problem? Jumping the clucth is normal when charging an empty system.
