The ground strap is for electrical noise shielding and you can connect them anywhere on the engine, the valve covers make poor ground connections. If cables use resistor type cores, there is really no need to use the ground straps unless you have some super sensitive electronic equipment in the car. However, if the cables came with straight metal cores you will need to ground the shield in order to prevent electrical noise radiation from confusing the PCM and audio equipment.

Wow! Is it just me, or did someone just get bent over a barrel?

You could have gotten new plug wires at any autoparts store and plugs for way under $100 bucks for top quality stuff.

If I were you, I would take those back and get a full refund.

FIXED. i ground all the ground all the straps to the motor and now works fine and sorry to say. those wires do make a difference when i accelerate. and i went to an auto store and replace the old generice spark plugs with bosch plat fusion 4. a few straps could not reach the motor ground so i got another ground strap as an extension from the body ground to the motor ground and to the few straps that could not reach. call me stupid call me a knock. but the wires are performance spark plug wires. btw thanks fo all yall honest feedbak.

those seem more like a item for audiophiles not performance, but yea grounding out your wires would actually greatly help for mids and high amps but not performance
