Get a magma flow cat back. And for rims Rey some off of a 2000-2002. They are slot cheaper then getting custom ones.

www.youtube.com has a gazillion exhaust clips

when you find one that you like

www.nextag.com and enter the make and model of the part and it will show the cheapest on-line retailer

for wheels, you probably need tires too, check out oe concepts on ebay. You can get a full set including mounted/balanced tires for cheaper than buying wheels and then getting tires seperately.

One more thing, you will probably need to expand the center hole in the new rear wheels by 1/4 inch for them to be able to mount. I have a 95 and had to do that with my Z06 wheels I bought. I think starting in 98 that was no longer needed to be done.
Some folks use a file, others a grinder, me, I was lazy and humped them to a machine shop.
